My experience over more than 40 years in the IT business is that customers like to have the same reliable contact throughout negotiations. That is why I will personally be involved in all the stages, even if I am not able to attend all the meetings, when I will then rely on feedback from my Business Development Managers who will be strategically positioned to deal with all local issues.
